Business Center is a plain yet versatile WordPress theme specially created for business based corporate websites. The theme is created and designed by Theme Palace. The theme is fully responsive making it adaptable to all devices like laptop, desktop, tablets, and smartphones. Customizer API is incorporated which aids to the easy customization of the theme by users. Now let’s thoroughly go through the theme and count up its features, options, and limitations.

Let’s start with the homepage of the theme. You can choose blog page or static page by navigating to the reading under settings option. There are two menus, primary and social links which will be exhibited as hamburger menu at the top right and at the bottom just above the copyright section respectively.

Next is site title, tagline or logo which reside at the rightmost corner of the theme. The slider section comes after that which can be enabled from customizer and its settings like transition effects, slider effects, pagination, autoplay, slider caption can be adjusted and three pages, button text, and video link can be selected. However, the video link may not be useful if someone is not willing to redirect the slider image to youtube or other video links. Feature section can be enabled, category and font awesome icons can be added.

Similarly, in the call to action section, post ID of the post, button text can be added. The featured image of the post will be added as the background of the call to action block. Front page blog can be enabled and this option lets us choose the post category, block title, button text, and link. Teams can also be added from team options which let us add a category, team designation, block title, button text, and button link. Contact options can be enabled and block title and contact form shortcode can be added. The “content type” settings in the slider, features, call to action, front page blog, and team options, however, is quite unnecessary because it only has one select element.

Next interesting thing included in the theme is that you can enable loader, adjust excerpt length and read more text, enable breadcrumb; pagination, hide post date; author; post tags; post category and featured image, hide or show scroll button in the footer. These settings can be adjusted from “Theme Options” in the customizer. Furthermore, there’s a setting called “reset settings” which acts like the reset button to reset back all the changes being made. The most significant panels “Sections” and “Theme Options” should have been lifted up in the customizer API so that it could be conspicuous to the users.

There’s a meta field “Header Image” while adding or editing posts and pages which let users choose whether to make featured image or header image (from customizer) the banner image or disable both of them. This is one of the coolest features of the theme, I must say.

To sum up, Business Center is easy to customize and simple theme which can be used to set up a corporate or any kind of website if you’re on a low budget and can’t afford premium one.
